What is the Rental Access Program?

The Rental Access Program provides equity-deserving artists with discounted or no-cost access to a number of our spaces –including the Satellite Studio– during non-peak times. While our rental rates are set at cost to remain as affordable as possible, we recognize that paying for space is often not feasible for artists facing systemic barriers. This program is our way of paying it forward by removing one of the barriers artists face by connecting them to spaces. 

The Rentals Access Program is made possible thanks to funding from the Victoria Foundation’s Community Grants Program, and the generous support of our landlord and largest sponsor, PARC Retirement Living.
