Refunds & Exchanges
There are no refunds, except in cases of illness. If you are feeling unwell, please email boxoffice@skam.ca.
We recognize that sometimes plans change, and are happy to:
- Exchange your ticket(s) for another date
- Transfer your ticket(s) to someone else
- Convert the value of your ticket(s) to a donation to Theatre SKAM

Community Support
As part of our ongoing commitment to reconciliation, Theatre SKAM donates 10% of all ticket revenue to the Victoria Native Friendship Centre.
Theatre SKAM contributes 1% of all purchases to remove CO₂ from the atmosphere through Stripe Climate.
