Studio Rental Information

Located at 846 Broughton Street, between Quadra and Blanshard, SKAM Studio 846 is a downtown creation-space available to rent for workshops, reading, rehearsals and more!

Forest Room (Teaching/ Rehearsal)
Located on level 1, with a suggested occupancy limit of 20, hours of operation are from 9 AM – 10 PM. Equipped with a 55” TV w/ soundbar, white board, tables and chairs to facilitate classes and rehearsals. 15 ft x 25 ft (375 sqft).

Ocean Room (Teaching/ Rehearsal)
Located on level 1, with a suggested occupancy limit of 30, hours of operation are from 9 AM – 10 PM. Equipped with a 65” TV w/ soundbar, white board, tables and chairs to facilitate classes and rehearsals. 21 ft x 30 ft (630 sqft).

Rental Rates

Forest Room

Rental rates are $17/hour, or $100/day, including tax.

Ocean Room

Rental rates are $20/hour, or $120/day, including tax.

Rental rates for both rooms are $35/hour, or $200/day, including tax. A $25 administration fee is charged per rental contract.

Parking spots, rates, time limits, and parkades by Studio 846

Pay parking at on-street meters is in effect from 9am-6pm. Parking is free from 6pm-9am and all day on holidays.

Payment can be made by coin, credit card, the ParkVictoria app, or the City Parking Card at an on-street pay station within your zone.
