Theatre SKAM has been active in the Victoria theatre community since 1995. Since then we have reached out globally including England and Wales. We strive to bring innovative theatre into the community that is – above all – never boring!
SKAM School of Performing Arts
Our school offers a variety of professional film and performance classes/camps for home learners, children, youth, and teens year-round.
SKAMpede Festival
Theatre SKAM’s annual summer festival is a free outdoor live performance festival featuring site-specific works along the Galloping Goose. Our shows are suitable for the whole family.
Pop-Up Delivery!
Our Pop-Up Theatre brings shows around the Greater Victoria Area on the back of a pick-up truck! This year we took down the theatre’s four walls and converted it to an open-air stage. Shows are available for bookings at select times of the year.
COVID-19 Update
Theatre SKAM requires all our staff to be fully vaccinated and recommend that all children in our programs aged 5 to 12 have at least one dose of the vaccine and that everyone 12+ have at least two doses of the vaccine. Also, as per the BC CDC guidelines, we recommend everyone wear a three-layer non-medical mask.
